Terms & Conditions
All Holiday Accommodation stays are subject to the following conditions;
Guest/s are advised;
All rates & charges must be paid by cash, bank cheque or credit card prior to occupancy unless prior arrangements have been made.
The guest will be liable to pay any charges incurred by any Guest including replacements and costs for damage or loss to the property or common property and it contents. The property is to be left clean and tidy with all dishes washed and put away, all used items correctly stored in cupboards and all rubbish bagged and put into bins or removed from the property. To avoid an excessive cleaning charge of $50, please leave the property well presented.
The property must not be use for unlawful purposes and guests are requested to adhere to notice abatement rules ensuring everyone peaceful enjoyment of the location.
Occupancy commences and ends on the date as shown on the itinerary. Check in at the commencement of occupancy is 2pm and check out at the end of the occupancy is strictly 10am (unless special arrangements have been made).
On leaving the holiday property, in any event, in any absence and for any period of time, the premises are to be securely locked. The property must be left securely locked upon check out. If you loose the key and the manager is required to unlock or provide another key, a $50 key charge is payable.
Guest’s vehicles must only be parked in designated areas – failure to do so could result in vehicles being towed at the owner’s expense.
Only the number of people designated on check-in may stay in the property overnight. Please ensure that the unbooked beds are not used – to do so will incur an additional charge of $25 per bed per night.
Animals or pets are not to be brought onto the premises unless special arrangements have been made prior to check-in as part of the holiday arrangement.
Any bylaws, rules etc of the property/complex must be adhered to along with any reasonable direction given by the onsite manager (if applicable)
There are no refunds for early or unscheduled departures.
If the guest receives a warning or the occupancy is terminated, and the guest fails to comply with the vacation notice, the manager will be authorised to do whatever is legally required to enforce the eviction on any Guest and the removal of the Guest’s property.
On arrival, key collection and any outstanding monies are to be paid directly to the managing agents office during normal business hours unless otherwise arranged
On departure the keys must be returned to the place of key collection by 10 a.m. on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged – non return will result in $50 key replacement charge
The Managing agent may inspect the property at any time giving reasonable written notice to the guest and furthermore, at any time without notice should the managing agent’s opinion be that there is, has been or is likely to be a breach of these terms and conditions.
The Managing agent and/or property owner’s description of the property and/or complex and facilities are made in good faith and no responsibility for misdescription or misinterpretation is accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
A Fee of $50.00 applies upon cancellation in respect of all confirmed bookings. Provided that -cancellation occurs a minimum of 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, a full refund less $50.00 cancellation fee will be given.
If less than 30 days notice is given, the amount paid will not be refunded.
For bookings during school or public holidays if less than 30 days notice is given, payment will not be refunded except in respect of dates which are rebooked.
The Manager reserves the right to cancel any booking, due to unforseen circumstances, giving at least 7 days notice prior to check in. In such instances a full refund of the deposit will be given and every endeavour will be made to locate alternative accommodation.
The Guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
No responsibility is taken for any property left by a guest at the premises (Please check all wardrobes and drawers before vacating the property).

• Accommodation suppliers
South Coast Properties provides the guest name, telephone number, address and email address for each booking made to the relevant accommodation supplier. Our accommodation suppliers require this information for the booking and if they need to contact you about the booking. Although South Coast Properties offers accommodation from reputable accommodation suppliers, we have not placed specific limitations on these suppliers from using or disclosing your information without your permission. Therefore, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any suppliers whose accommodation you purchase on www.denmarkholidays.com.au.
• Legal obligations
South Coast Properties may be required by law to disclose information provided by you to www.denmarkholidays.com.au for the purposes of obtaining products or services from www.denmarkholidays.com.au. South Coast Properties may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to South Coast Properties interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could cause harm to others.
How You Control and Access Your Information
South Coast Properties believes that site visitors and customers should have control over the collection and use of their PII. You have control and access to your information as follows:

Validity of Rates
All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$), please refer to the Currency Converter on the Accommodation search page for the price in your local currency.
Accommodation costs are for room only and do not include transfer or breakfast cost unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax. Prices over accommodation block out periods may alter from the prices advertised. Contact us for further details.
Deposits.
Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving written confirmation from Visitor Centre. Please proceed to our "Secure Payment" form to submit credit card details.
PAYMENTS
To complete your booking we require PAYMENT IN FULL for your accommodation AT LEAST 30 days prior to your check in date.
BONDS: property requiring bonds need to be paid in full with payment AT LEAST 30 DAYS prior to check in date.
BOND REFUNDS: Upon receipt of verifacation from,caretaker,cleaner or operator that the premises stayed in have been left in a satisfactory state and no damage or loss of property has been incuurred then within 5 working days the bond wil be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Whilst we provide a Booking Service, cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a AUD$50.00 (inc. GST) administration fee. This is in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Service Provider/Operator. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of the accommodation/tour operator overbooking their property or for any reason beyond our control.
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION ARRIVAL DATE.
A fee of $50 applies to all cancellation; change of guest numbers and change of booking dates in respect of all confirmed bookings. <p>IF the cancellation occurs 30 days or more than the scheduled arrival date a full refund of the amount paid less $50.00 cancellation fee will be given. <p>IF the cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date the amount paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
If the accommodation is rebooked for the entire booking a refund may be given at the operators’ discretion.
SECURE PAY
BookEasy™ Secure Payment Gateway is provided using SecurePay SecureBill Product. SecureBill uses high security levels, which are standard for Internet banking and large scale e-commerce sites and involve the use of 128-bit encryption. You can check the security level of a web page by clicking on your Internet browsers padlock or key icon. Encryption is the standard way of protecting your information as it is transmitted between you and SecurePay. This involves converting the information into an unreadable code using a "key" (and also decoding it using this "key"). The longer the key, the more difficult it is for others to break the encrypted codes.
