Four spacious villas can accommodate up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a Q/S bed. In three of the villas there are two single beds and a bunk setting. The fourth villa has two Q/S bedroom settings, with a bunk setting in the second bedroom. The villas are all fully self-contained, with crockery, cutlrey and linen. There is TV, DVD, R/C air conditioning and a pot belly stove. A fully equipped laundry, seperate bathroom and toilet complete the layout.
Each of the three Spa Studios have high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. There is a spacious kitchen, living and sleeping area which looks out through large picture windows onto your private balcony. The Studios are ideally set up for a couple with a Spa, ensuite, fully fitted kitchen, stereo, CD player, TV, DVD, remote controlled gas heater and quality furnishings.
Spa Studio 1 offers views of Wilson Inlet, Spa Studios 2 & 3 look out over hills and surrounding farmland. Relax in your Spa and enjoy the view.
All the Villas and Spa Studios are free standing.

Directions: Travelling East (from Albany direction) turn left at Caltex Service Station onto Ocean Beach Road. Spring Bay Villas are 7kms along this road, on your right.
CHECK IN ANY TIME AFTER 2.00PM OF THE DAY OF BOOKING
CHECK OUT AT THE END OF OCCUPANCY STRICTLY AT 10.00AM
Only the number of people designated on check in may stay in the property overnight. Please ensure that the unbooked beds are not used - to do so may incur an additional charge of $25.00 per bed, per night.
.An additional cleaning charge of $50.00 may be incurred if property is not left in a neat and tidy state
There are no refunds for early or unscheduled departures
On leaving your unit for any period of time, please ensure that it is securely locked. On checkout, lock the unit and place key in the lock box provided.
NB A $50.00 key charge may be payable if the manager is required to unlock your unit, or provide you with another key.
Parking Please use the designated parking area near your unit.
The Management may inspect the property at any time, giving reasonable written notice to the guest, and furthermore at any time without notice, should, in the managing agent’s opinion be, that there is, has been, or is likely to be, a breach of these terms and conditions.
If the guest’s occupancy is terminated and the guest fails to comply with the vacation notice, the manager will be authorized to do whatever is legally required, to enforce the eviction of any guest and the removal of the guest’s property.
No responsibility can be taken for any property left by guests at the premises. (Please check all wardrobes and drawers before vacating the property.)
We understand that mishaps happen. However, any breakages or damage to the property and it’s contents or common areas, may incur charges for reimbursement.
